The Briggs A5601 trip lever comes complete with the nut to secure it to the tank. It is an all metal design, including the chrome handle and the brass arm that goes inside the tank. The only plastic component being the nut to secure the lever to the tank. The nut is reverse thread, meaning you will turn it to the right to loosen, and left to tighten it. The A5601 trip lever is designed for the Briggs tank model 6128.
