Genuine Case 5106 chrome handle assembly. This lever comes complete with nut to secure it to the tank. The nut for almost every flush handle is reverse thread, including this one. Reverse thread means you will turn it to the right to loosen, and left to tighten. The Case 5106 handle works for the Case tank models 4100, 4000, 4000-A, 4100, 4200, and 4300.
